LET’S EXPLORE THE FINANCIAL STATEMENT BY HAVING FUN!!!

 

So here we are: time to run your Coffee Start-Up and practice on its financial statements.

You received some money from your rich uncle and you decided to buy a van to start selling the best coffee ever and make a bunch of money. 

The game is made by rounds (here called “Weeks”, but despite the name you can play them in minutes): in some you will just have to take some decision (like how much coffee to buy before participating to a fair) and see the results (how many coffee you sold and and how much you earned)… and in some other “weeks” – after these decisions – there will be one or more “Assignments”, like filling-in your Balance Sheet, drawing-up your Income Statement, calculating your Gross Profit and so on.

One suggestion: when you take a decision, take note of the relevant info (because they will be useful to fill in the financial statements) and… take your time to perform the Assignments because in case of mistake you’ll be able to try some more times, but just few more times!  😉

 

VERY IMPORTANT!

The “weeks” of this game are 16, but the first 8 “weeks” (meaning the first 8 rounds) are mandatory and the due date for them to be completed is May, 18; the financial results you will have got and the quality of your assignments will determine your scoring (because as we said also this game allows you to collect points and compete to be the individual winner of this MyAT 2021)…

…the remaining 8 weeks are optional (meaning that you can play 0, 1, 2… 8 of them) and the number of weeks you’ll play and the quality of the further assignments will give you additional points (the biggest your effort, the best!)… so do not accept the lowest standard: climb-up the ranking by collecting more points with these optional weeks!  😉

Go to https://finfun.simenco.nl/ and log-in to the session 1336 with your job email and the password “change” (sorry for the lack of phantasy, but it’s to remind you that when accessing the very first time, you’ll be asked to change it with the password you like… do not forget the password you’ll choose, ok!).
